How wonderful that you got to hold them both. Was Samuel aware during any of this? Has he ever looked at his brother or looked up at you while you were in physical contact? I hope so; I want him to see how loved he is by his family.
No Samuel slept for most of it, towards the end he opened his eyes and started at me for a few minutes. I only held both of them for literally a minute, just long enough for the nurse to hand me Sebastien, take the picture, then take him back. But it doesn’t matter, I still got to cuddle them both.
I’ve followed your story since it started on FF…. I am in awe – that is the most wonderful picture!!!!!! It brings tears to my eyes knowing you have finally gotten to hold both your boys at the same time!!!! Truly a testament to a wonderful momma!!!!

It truly amazes me how much of a difference a couple of pounds makes when they’re this small.
